Shipping Policy

All orders are typically processed within 24–72 hours. We are pleased to offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are 3–20 business days depending on location.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on location, customs processing, and local courier delays.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email sent to the email address provided at checkout. This may take up to 48 hours to process.

After your order has shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Please allow 1–4 business days for tracking information to update.

In rare cases, tracking updates may be delayed; however, In some cases, tracking updates may be delayed even though your order is in transit.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other factors outside our control.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.

We will do our best to accommodate changes; however, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been processed or shipped.

If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for lost packages. If the package is returned to us, we can reship it to the correct address or issue a refund (less shipping costs if applicable).

Undeliverable Countries

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, some locations may be restricted due to shipping carrier limitations or customs regulations.
